Nice fish sir! Looks like you're right on the line for 13 inches on the chub, and the cutthroat will go for 17.5.
I'm loving the fish measuring board by the way, it makes for some easy scoring!
Looks like somebody tried to take a bite out of that chub too, a pelican maybe??
