I have only caught walleye out of starvation around the state park by the dam area. I just used a heavy sinker then about 2-3 ft of line then a big long worm.

As well lower provo river just up provo harbor can be good as well. Had one big guy take a rapala rainbow cd 5 or 7 but jumped in the air shook his head then spit it out.
