Hang in there and take good care of yourself now. Be patient, and it will pay you back for years to come. Too much activity, too soon can build additional adhesions. They can cause lots of problems that you don't want or need.

The fish will wait for you. Think of it as time to plan and prepare for a summer full of fish!
