[#0000ff]If you know the basics of PVC construction you can fashion very workable holders for rods, tools, sonar or whatever else you want to turn your new toy into a fishing platform. If you need some help, send me a PM and I will return a couple of writeups that will provide pics and guidance.
In the interim, here is a link to a review and pictorial on what I did to my NFO Renegade. LINK
As you can see in the pics, I made a PVC framework that was held in place by the strap-on pockets. But you can also make a small wooden frame inside your pocket to which you can attach the PVC on the outside.
Also, I do not use the oars much...only as an auxiliary power source for getting from one point to another. I use fin power for most fishing and for short moves. You can also use fins for hands-free maintaining position in light breezes. But, as you will see in the pics, I have also installed a 40# electric motor. Makes it a lot easier to get back in at the end of a long day...especially if the wind kicks up a bit. We get a lot of wind in our part of the country.

THANK YOU! Very kind.
I will send the link for all the pics to my workplace and download them there. I have a limited data allowance out in the toolies where I live - and we have a liberal IT policy at the job.
