I just have to ask, how many experimental walleye lakes do you want? Like Deer Creek?, Starvation?, Yuba?, Willard? Perch are already in a majority of mid level Northern Utah large lakes. Seems to me the DWR already knows what will happen in other lakes since they have an ample sample size from the past.
As for management plans, it seems that the DWR tries new stuff, like at Yuba, and most of the folks on here just complain. Instead of complaining, why not join Rocky Mountain anglers or other groups and try to be part of the solution.
