Walleye and Forage Fish Stocking in Utah

Here is a plan, sit down and talk to the anglers, listen to them, and then try to create a fishery that is a close to self sustaining as possible. FYI, the trout that the fish and game plant are all sterile. Does anyone stop and consider why that us? Follow the money, a large percent of F and G budget is for their hatchery programs. Many people are employed strictly because we are like parasites editing for the next load of trout to get planted so we can catch fish. Just look at lake Powell, how much money has been added to the F and G budget for stocking fish in the last ten years? If the majority of the state were managed to some what sustain them selves through closely watched regulations and augmenting bit fish/gamefish on occasion when needed to do uncontrollable factors such as weather and droughts the F and G would nearly put them selves out of business they would need less of our tax dollars to constantly raise and release fish all summer.
How's that for a plan, I would just like them to listen to us instead of tell us...
