Walleye and Forage Fish Stocking in Utah

I think that a slot limit on SMB, Walleye and other warm water species makes a lot of sense. I would fully support people taking the smaller bass home for dinner and let the prime breeding age bass go do their thing. Deer creek and Jordanelle could really benefit from this.
