Silly PBH, don't you know Cliff has never accepted that warmwater fish in lakes ever stunt. They just grow very slowly.


FWIW, a better smallie example of stunting is Deer Creek. 15 years of trophy regs, no trophy smallies, millions of dinks. No real change after the regs. changed either.
