Oneida narrows Land

U come up several miles on the regular road that goes along the west side of the river. I think it is the only road that goes up that left or west side. There used to be one camp spot on the river, (now its just a picnic spot) That's right where you turn. I just got back from the landowners meeting in SLC. I thought the canal property dam proposal was 86ed, they are still planning to start building next year.
