We have an agreement with the canal co. If we didn't fight it, they will build us a road around to our property. But the county doesn't want to take over the maintenance of the road. In that case: we will have our own gate down at the mouth and everyone else will have to go around the Hot Springs Way. And we will be responsible for the maintenance. There is a lot of details still to be worked out. We already pay for a mile of BLM land and 5 miles on our Ranch land. That is what the $300 per year covers. And a good chunk of the money goes to repairing the BLM land, that kids and beer drinkers tear the hell out of. We have a deal with the BLM that we maintaine it. That was an access fight we had with the BLM had to take clear to the Supreme Court in Washington. It took years and broke Logan Tittle.
