Some guy said that one time I was flounder fishing. It's really true though. As long as you are within the legal limits kill them all--BUT you must also eat them all. Leave it to the biologists to set limits. I have took this moto up after watching gillnetters and trawlers rape stocks.

Fish until there are no more fish. Then, switch species while the one that is over exploited recovers. Its worked for years--Why shouldn't we follow it? Just look at global Blue Fin Tuna stocks!
