My current license was purchased in February this year. I will need to have the second pole permit in my possession to fish 2 poles until I renew my license in February, 2015. Anybody buying a license on or after July 1, 2014 will NOT need to have the 2-pole permit to fish 2 poles.[/size][/#800000][/font]
