Look at Minersville Reservoir. It is currently putting out some very BIG smallmouth bass. I wonder: maybe we should place a slot limit on it to protect those big bass? Obviously, they need protection because they couldn't have gotten that big without the protection -- right? Errr.....wait a minute.....no protection on them and they got big? Say it ain't so....
