utahduck -- you may believe that to be true, but I don't. The last couple years at Newcastle have been amazing for both trout and smb. Wipers compliment the smb. They have nearly removed the golden shiners, which is a good thing any way you look at it. This helps both the smb and trout. The same thing will happen at Minersville -- the wipers should reduce the chubs and leave more available for both trout and smb.
