That was done back in the 80's I didn't even have a cell phone back then..I have worked with the dwr, the first time was in the late 70's so as far as reports go until the last 5 years or so I have not even tried to look for any..Have you??

I even helped out at Havasu with some of the structure in that lake at the start...
