well i think Wayne Gusterson the lake Powell biologist is a realiable source and that quote of "Walleye being a native fish to lake powell" is his, funny that so many people find that funny, where do you think walleyes in lake powell came from? they were in the river when the dam was built, so yes virgina that makes them a native fish to lake powell. Im sure Ryno can confirm this? i guess we are splitting hairs, Utah native fish no but "native to lake Powell" yes....so why all the worry now they have been in the Green for Decades as Ryno said? we have been seeing a big push by USFS over here in colorado, they have posioned paonaio, miramonte, starting to net Crawford, Ridegway. Schock and killing on Colorado and Yampa, wow somebodys running scared from the goberment....
