Tube Jigs

In the Uintas you might try a twister tail, as small as you can still cast. Yellow is my choice both head and body.
Retrieve as slow as you can. The tail has to have good action, and to big sinks to fast. Small Small, they are eating nymphs, and scud size food. You'll need very light line, Maybe 4 lb max. Let me know how this turns out.

I have a 21 inch Cut from this set up. Though brookies are more susceptible to this.
