Cascade ice free.

Not so. I was there yesterday. Ice is VERY thin, but still covers much of the reservoir. I was able to fish for 5 hrs before the wind changed direction, and within minutes my lines were pushed into shore and buried in ice. Had to break off as i could get my sinkers through the ice. Fishing was slow. Brought home one 2lb'erñ and lost a dandy after a 15 minute battle...
