That is good to know for sure about the valves.
I could tell that you feel strongly about the TM set up but I really didn't have many problems yesterday. I thought I would have more and took a spinning rod along to save the day but I only used it for a few minutes before switching back to a fly rod. I am not very intense when I am out on the water. Mostly bird watching and sky gazing.
I had a guided trip on the Big Hole back in the 1970s. I was the sport and the guide was shouting at me like a drill sergeant the whole trip to cast here and there. I never worked so hard and it took a few days for my arm to recover. That might be the way of the west. Fortunately, I was able to move at my own pace on the Bow River around my home n Calgary.
You are right about the rowing. I was back out today with a croney in his jonboat. It was windier and we just about killed two batteries fighting the wind. He carries 2 three foot paddles and I could see us stretched out like beached whales trying to paddle back to the ramp. That is something I want to avoid.
Now for the rod holders and transducer mount !!!
