willard wipers

I don't know if I'm much help because I haven't been to willard for a couple years. But I've done well throwing 3" white curlys with 1/8 ounce lead head. The color of the head didn't seem to matter. I've never fished the marinas. I've only fished the west part along the dyke. I've caught some nice wipers just casting straight out from the rocks and even a pretty nice smallmouth bass casting parallel with the rocks. When you find them, its seems like they'll pretty much hit anything. Good luck to you!
