You could have got a tow at any time. Sorry you missed out on hitting some holes. Lots to explore.
I had a GPS on my other fish-finder, could have shown you where we were, and where we were going any time. Oh well, at least you didn't get lost.
Think I really needed a pre-flight voyage to rough out the winter storage blues.
PLUS the new fuel line I put together today. And I think it's time to retire the old battery and get a second backup.
But - other good news, got me motivated to connect up my ignition switch (tying the colored threads on the leads was INDEED a good idea!), and pump some of that fresh seafoam gas through the BIG motor. She fired up good, and ran hot and heavy for a while in the drive with the muffs on. Think I need to hit Hyrum or Mantua - give it a try! But I think I'll need to rig a kicker or the front troller for sure. Can count on finding shallow water out there, no doubt!
Seen the gas station at 10th W, 2nd N has ethanol free gas, so I'm gonna fill up some fresh!
