Willard Bay with Wiperhunter2

Great report, looks like wiperhunter 2 is the man on Willard....I was able to hit Willard twice this year for the 1st time in many years, and it was very,very good. A great fishery. Anybody out there noticing a downturn yet? Shad hatching out?
