Yes, it is exactly the same as ice fishing. The big difference is you can move quickly if your not catching them in one location. They tend to be in deeper water during the day, this time of the year but they still move up into the shallows as it get dark. Look for rocky points and tip your glow jig with meat. There seems to be more fish up the lake from Buckboard. Good luck and let us know how you do.
