That depends on the type of shafts/blades you currently have. Every manufacturer that I know of has a breakdown shaft in the length you would need. The length and weight are important because you'll need them to balance out. Otherwise, you'll be like a man with one leg shorter than the other. Having the same blade is also important because they all cut/dig a bit differently.
In a nutshell, get one from the same manufacturer as your primary oars.
