Willard N Marina

I have a 14ft also. Secret at North marina is "keep your mind in the middle" middle of the ramp, don't get any further off the ramp or west side fixed dock than you need to. Last Sunday it was from 2.5 ft at bottom of ramp, to 5-6 ft at dock and 5 to 8 ft out the channel (in the middle). Get all the way out past the "No Wake" buoy, and another 200 yards for good measure. Starts to deepen out to about 9 feet. Head south west and it gets to about 14-16 ft.

Boils....don't know about now, but there were several very small and short duration Sunday after about 4 PM. Never could get to any of them quick enough, but I had a rod set up with a top water spook, one set up with a medium diving shad rap, and a couple set up with the 2 fall back black and silver or blue and silver 3" rat-l-traps. Never got any hits on any of them. Bit I did manage to boat and release 2 standard size Cats while anchored and washing worms north west of Eagle beach in about 10' water.

Good luck, and keep a sharp eye out for those irritating PWC's.............[:/]
