Urban Fishing - Boise River

FT, we made it to the west side of Lowell a little before dark, so probably a bit after you left, but the clouds had come in and it started to rain. By the time we walked past the trees the wind was roaring across the lake. It was pretty crazy so we skipped the fishing and went out to dinner instead.

I think we'll head to Swan Falls and do some fishing there from the shore tomorrow, although after your report I'd still like to try Lowell when the weather is good. Probably around the Caldwell dam, or west of there where the canal flows in.
