It should say on the tag, but some only give the variety. The "bush" tomatoes are determinate, like Bush Early Girl. But some can even be listed as semi-determinate like Hamson (a great tomato variety created in Utah).
Some may say a height. Usually the "early" and short varieties are determinate.
You can just google the variety you like and most seed catalogs will say. I suggest you also look up how to prune for production and remove suckers from your tomatoes.
Indeterminate plants need more attention. The pruning encourages them to set fruit and to ripen the fruit they have.
You can prune your determinate varieties too. But I only do that in the fall to push them to ripen what is set before we get a killing freeze. My growing season is much shorter than yours!
