I just moved into that neighborhood about a month ago and have spend a fair amount of time down at the harbor. There are still large boats launching, saw a big wake boat on Sunday come in. TubeDude is correct that the rest of the harbor is only about 2' deep at the moment. I think if you stick to the main channel you should be good.
