[quote TubeDude][#0000FF]Didn't take a DNA sample for analysis and comparison. But based upon all the incidents I have either witnessed or heard of, that guy is either a member of a large family of goobers or belongs to an organization that believes in inconveniencing others.
Utah might want to look south for guidance on how to deal with similar ramp rudeness. At a lake just east of Dallas there was a narrow ramp at which it was difficult to launch even two boats at a time. Some doofus did the "my ramp...deal with it" thing, by leaving his vehicle and trailer...blocking both sides of the ramp. An irate blocked boater who owned a towing company called one of his guys to come remove the offending rig. It was towed about five miles and left in a situation from which it would have been impossible to retrieve without a crane hoist. After only a few minutes the ramp was once again open for launching. No report on the reaction and actions of the offending parker upon his return to the scene of the crime. That would have made a great Utuber.
PS...I was on temporary assignment in Dallas at the time and one of my office associates was there through the removal scene...and wished he had stayed for the return of the offender.
I have seen this a couple of times and heard of it several more times since moving back to Utah. Must be something in the water. Maybe the algae.

I love the vehicle removal. Wouldn't mind seeing it happen here either.[bob]
