I finally got the chance to answer my own question. The water at Chesterfield is still below the ramp. FishnGame still planted the lake. The dead fish below the ramp where the dual tires from their truck dropped off of the ramp (it must have gotten stuck) show plenty of evidence of the planting. A small amount of water is going in from Toponce Creek. Still plenty of bank fisherman. My friend and I put in pontoon boats to check depth. The deepest that registered was 10'. So ice fisherman, have fun. If we have a really cold winter, there will probably be a pretty good fish kill. Hopefully, we will get above average precipitation to help fill all of the reservoirs.
