I have a pair of Cabela's Guidewear Wind Stopper gloves that work well.
If it is really cold where I want to keep my hands completely dry I wear a combination of gloves. A thin pair of latex gloves next to the skin. A middle glove of fleece and an outer covering of rubber dishwashing gloves. They do come in black instead of pink. The inner latex gloves are just enough protection for tying on flies and helps the fleece to slide on and off.
