Flashers which one

I am looking at the following devices to add to my ice fishing arsenol for next year. Kind of a bad year to be spending money on ice fishing stuff but it is what it is. the following 3 units are listed form high to low. i would like some honest opinions as I have never owned a flasher, but kind of understand them.
