So I'm not alone in asking WTH!? Yes or No DWR, are attractants LEGAL or NOT LEGAL to put on artificial lures? I can't imagine how many others are totally 
about this definition. They need to better define this rule so there is no confusion, to me, an attractant is an oil, paste, wax or some other form of derivative.
They also need to remove the "or any lures that have been treated with a natural or artificial fish attractant or feeding stimulant." from the Artificial Lure definition or your going to have a bunch of fellow fishermen breaking laws unknowingly.
