I saw that and it's great news! Let's hope they get it running quickly now that they have the funds and a signed agreement.
I hate it when papers keep propagating "the" lie. Remember guys, the Willow Beach Trout hatchery did not close due to low water levels on Lake Mohave, the hatchery was closed due to this report from the USFWS, pages 8-9.
