Not taking water from irrigation, all excess water would continue to be pumped as used, just through Willard Bay as is done daily... to the Harold Crane migratory Bird Refuge or Great Salt Lake Minerals who own water rights, following the summer use for recreation ... The quantity of water required is so small compared to what is normally available that it is a "no negative affect" issue. At the bottom I have attached a graph that indicates (based on current info) the affect the water for Willard would have on our stored supply is said to be.

There will be arguments as to the specific "todays" correctness, as in any case, but this is the best info we have today.
