But where are the complaints from folks that go absolutely insane when the state dares to increase a fishing license fee by a couple of dollars? There was absolutely no outcry from any organized water interest group that I'm aware of and they should have been all over this one. It's very hard for me to believe that I'm the only one in Utah that sees an injustice in this very poorly written legislation (SB089).[/#800000][/font]
