Hopefully they put the money to better use than Wyoming is doing. There checks are so lame! My buddy was coming back from Powell last year he was in the water that morning, he stopped at the port of entry as required and told them this. They didn't hardly glance the boat over and told him "well it looks like you are good to go" He asked if he could use their equipment to decontaminate his boat,,, they didn't seem to care one way or the other what he did. Now I'm not hoping for a hard core shake down but I would feel better if they did due diligence and make me feel like my money is just funding a bunch of government summer jobs. I hope not but I think it is just a matter of time and most waters will be invaded. I think these programs will slow it.
