Curt, may take even longer. See how long it took to get the one stretch of Legacy Highway done. I know that is a bit larger project, but doing the actual work wasn't the hard part. It was the years of haggling with property owners, tree huggers, then the 2002 Olympics, and about every other kind of delay you can think of. Just think what it could be like when they start trying to shift land owners water rights around.......I'm not taking any side of that issue other than I would like to see more water in Willard and other fishin holes, but I'm gonna just sit back and watch those slow motion fireworks, and hope that meanwhile we get some more wet winters. [:/]
