So, when TD stars to talk about the gummermit and such, you know thins will be fouled up for ever and ever. My father grew up in Willard and they had land west of the railroad tracks. When the Willard Bay project was first proposed, he was in High School. When it was finished, I was in High School, so let's not hold our breath about putting more water in Willard !!!!
