It won't work on calls like this because they're all located outside the US and they're already breaking the law with what they're doing, so why would they care about the DNC list?
I've received two of the calls in the last month. I told both of them that my wife handles the money and if they'll call her she'll be able to take care of it. Then I gave them the non-emergency dispatch number for Utah County. [angelic] I don't know if they called, but I'd love to have heard that conversation. [
