Rocky, I totally agree that I'd like to see Jordanelle managed for a specific species, whatever that species is, where the fishing might be exceptional for that species. (So long as it's not just a bunch of planter rainbows again.) Liketrolling is right, trolling for kokes in the summer when the fishing would be good would be nearly impossible with all the crazies zipping around. Bassrods suggested a slot limit for bass. I have no idea how many bass are removed by fishermen. That many? Maybe, maybe not. But I do completely agree with the idea of a lot more wakeless area, maybe most of the Rock Cliff arm. That's the best idea of all.
