I now have a fishfinder/chartplotter. It has internal GPS which I extremely accurate! Water sensing speedometers like the ones on ski boats aren't very accurate... Before I bought my chartplotter, I would bring a hand held hunting/hiking GPS and that would pit me right on the 3mph sweet spot for wipers!
