Crappie and other warmwater fish

I got my first taste of crappie this ice season and I need more! Any tips on how to catch em? Could I take the tube out to pineview where I caught them this winter and drop a jig down?

I'd like to go fish for more warmwater species although I've never really done it. Willard, Mantua, and Pineview are all within 20 min of my house so I need to take advantage of them! Again, any help would be great.
