[#0000FF]As per the contracts with downstream water users they HAVE been releasing water from Utah Lake since April 1. It was already very low and has dropped several inches since...in spite of a minimal amount of runoff water.

What will it look like in the fall? Nasty. It is likely that anything larger than a flatbottom duck boat will be unable to launch and navigate through the harbors by late summer.
