Man I know how you feel. In the medical field, everything is based off of patient numbers, when they are up, you can't work enough hours, but as soon as it drops below the magic number, they pour the pork to ya. I think people in upper managment take courses on how to bend over employees. Unfortunately I don't know much about labor disagreements, and if you are not in a union, I think it's a lost cause.
