Mantua Alive and Thriving

I skipped a rock 17 times once. Was that too many? Should I have put them back? If there are that many hungry fish in Mantua then that many fish need to be thinned out. No sense in complaining about what was done. If you have a problem then educate with facts, don't complain with no facts. Just my two cents.
