Will it work as an ice-fishing rod?

oh i hear ya there! by the time jack gits homes i cook supper, it,s dark and no time tool. we,re suppose to be goin tomorrer though. first time i been in years.. haha should have plenty of ice now with this strecth of cold weather. have fun. let ya know how it goes later. suppose to be catchin perch i wasnt trout. haha or my little smelt~!! i told dave i,ll take one of his perch and chum with the perch to git a trout. haha. later [][]
