Best time of day for icefishing?

In my experience, the best bite is 1 hr before sun up to 11 or noon. Then again just prior to sunset and after dark for a couple of hours. The hours in-between can be okay. Sometimes the fish forget to follow the trend and the bite goes on all day at any hour, but in my experience that is the exception, not the norm.
