Trash on the Ice- Starvation

Thanks for picking up after people. I still don't understand why folks do that. Laziness? Apathy? Think the rules don't apply to them? I don't know. It does get old. This sort of behavior is what loses access for the rest of us. I've picked up trash with my kids in the past. We are in the habit of cleaning up after folks. It isn't that we enjoy it but I don't want to lose access to places that I love to use.
