[#0000FF]Agreed. The best we can say right now is that the snowpack is way ahead of last year.
But the official annual percentage thing is predicated upon the measured snow-pack on April 1...the arbitrary designated date of the beginning of runoff.
There is reason for optimism...of at least getting Willy back up to a higher level. But questionable as to whether it will fill...especially to the new higher level after the dike raising thing.
However, as we have seen a couple of times in the past, as soon as Rockport and Echo are looking good they release a torrent into Willard. And it only takes a week or two to bring that lake up several feet. All we need is about 10 to 12 feet more water and the water will be well up into the rocks.
Rock on...and bring more snow while you're at it.
